The growth of iron-yttrium garnet Y3Fe5O12 (YIG) films with 1...15 μm thicknesses on single-crystal substrates gallium-gadolinium Gd3Ga5O12 (GGG) was carried out using the method liquid phase epitaxy (LPE). influence composition and mass charge, temperature regimes, rates movement substrate rotation parameters were studied. layered structure caused by heterogeneity chemical in film thickness determined studied dependence degree impurity Pb2+ Pt4+ ions YIG their ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) line width ∆H conditions investigated.
